Return Policy:

The online shopping experience is characterized by its simplicity, transparency, and security. We spare no effort to ensure that every transaction on our website is flawless. We adhere to the strict quality standards and deliver our products with care. As a matter of policy, we cannot accept returns on unused, undamaged items. Our products are eligible for returns under the following conditions:

  • In the case that the wrong product was shipped or if a product does not match the item specified during order confirmation.
  • If you find a quality or manufacturing flaw in the product you've received
  • If the goods are damaged when received. Please do not accept packages that have been tampered with or arrive damaged

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and expeditiously, please review the return procedure and the necessary guidelines.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, contact customer service at +919136620346 or send an email to within 48 hours of delivery. (Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm)
  • If you get a damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect product, please email with your purchase number and a high-quality photo proving the problem (or send it by email or WhatsApp). Our QA staff will look into the details of the case to ensure it fits the requirements for a refund.
  • We will respond with an update on the status of your request within two to three business days of receiving your return request letter with supporting images. When we receive and approve your return request, we will schedule a reverse pick up of the product. We need at least two working days to schedule a pickup and another week to ten days to deliver from our warehouse.
  • We will initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) in our warehouse. Continue reading if you want the specifics.

Points To Remember:

  • The product must be returned in its original packing, including all tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, mailing label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
  • Item must be unopened and in factory condition.
  • Products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of our receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.
  • Before granting a refund, may conduct an in-depth quality inspection of the merchandise. Given the nature of our offerings, we have the right to resolve any issue in any way we see proper. Please get in touch with our team for speedy resolution of your return or exchange request; we treat each one individually.
  • Sale items and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy:

We will give a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Any authorized refunds will be provided as Store Credit or via the original payment method.

Store credits are the quickest refund option available, often processed within 24 to 48 hours. Unlike other types of cash, shop credits have no fees, no restrictions on how they may be spent, and no expiration date.

Other than cash payments, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For example, if you bought using a credit card, the full amount of the purchase will be charged to that card. Online refunds are processed within 7 business days. Credit card refunds are frequently displayed on the following billing statement, however NEFT transfers take approximately 5 days to process.

Any CBD payment refunds will be granted as a store credit, or an account payee cheque written out to the customer (their billing name at the time of purchase). The consumer will receive the check in 15 days (including transit time).
