To experience the convenience of Maison Sia’s Click and Collect service, simply place your order online through our website and our dedicated store team will carefully gather and prepare your items for pickup. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification. Then all you need to do is visit the specified Maison Sia pick-up location, present your order confirmation, and effortlessly collect your exquisite selections.
Step 1: Online Product Selection
The click and collect journey begins with our customer browsing through our online store website. You can explore our brand’s wide range of products, check availability, compare prices, and read customer reviews. Once you find the desired items, you add them to your shopping cart.
Step 2: Checkout Process
When you finish selecting your products, please proceed to the checkout. During checkout, please provide your information such as contact details, preferred store location for pickup, and payment method. This step ensures that our store has the required information to process the order and notify you when the product is ready for pickup.
Step 3: Order Confirmation

Once your identity is verified, our store staff will hand over the order to you. They’re also on hand to provide any further assistance or answer any questions you have about the products or your shopping experience.
