SHIPPING POLICY

We provide pan India shipping.

Normal Delivery usually takes up to 7-10 business days. You can always connect with the team for any special requests or queries.

PACKAGING

All the items at Maison Sia are carefully packaged at the fulfilment centre to avoid any damage or quality compromise. Fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to safeguard the package from any damage. All the products are wrapped and sealed with tamper proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. In case of any discrepancies, package tampering or damage, please do not accept the package at the time of delivery and immediately contact our Customer Service at +91 9136650705 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at customerservice@maisonsia.com with the details.

DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION

Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address  box for smooth and faster delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation mail and shipping and tracking details are sharing when the order is shipped.

Normal Delivery takes up to 7-10 business days from day you receive the order confirmation.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us.

In case of re-shipping the undelivered package, the charges will have to be borne by the customer.
