Q1. What is My Account?

After signing up with us, you'll gain access to a personalized portion of our website labelled "My Account." It allows you to access and control your past, present, and future orders, and transactions on our website. It enables you to:

Q3. How do I check the status of my order?

Log in and go to "My Account" to find out where your order is right now. Under "My Account," locate "Order History." This section contains information about all purchases made on maisonsia.com. After selecting the shipment for which you require information, click the "Tracking Code" option to be directed to our courier partner's website, where you can monitor the current status of your package.

Q4. How do I track my package?

In "My Account," you may see the status of your order. In the menu that appears, choose "Order History," then "Tracking Code" followed by the order number you desire to follow. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email.

Q5. What do I do if an item is missing from my shipment?

Please contact our Customer Service department at +919136620346 or send us an email at customerservice@maisonsia.com if you received a damaged or incorrect
item. You may also fill out the "Send a Support Request" form under "My Account" and submit it that way if you prefer. When you contact our customer service agent for
a follow-up, please include your Request ID. You must send us a photo of the
product as soon as you receive it in order to initiate the return process. Please keep
in mind that refunds and exchanges will be conducted dependent on stock
availability.

Q6. If I get a defective/damaged product, will Maisonsia.com replace it?

Q7. What do I do if I have received a wrong item?

Q8. How do I return an item?

If you receive a damaged or inaccurate item, you may request a refund. Please read the processes and make sure to follow the directions listed below them so that we can process your returns efficiently and correctly.

Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service division to initiate the return procedure. Additionally, you can acquire support by sending a letter or filling an online form. Please see for additional information (see the end of this response),

Step 2: If you get a damaged or defective item, please send a photo to the address specified in your order confirmation email.

Step 3: After Quality Assurance examines the returned goods at our warehouse, we will schedule a reverse pickup. A refund is sought. Please review our Return Policy for further details.

GUIDELINES: When returning a product, all tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (affixed to package), receipt, etc. must be connected and in their original form. The item must be brand-new, unopened, and packaged in its original packaging.

Within seven days of receipt, you may return your package for an exchange or full refund. Before giving a refund, Maisonsia.com may perform a comprehensive evaluation of the item. You can initiate the return procedure by calling +919136620346 (Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) or by sending an email to customerservice@maisonsia.com. You may also complete the "Submit a Support Request" form found under "My Account," if you prefer. Include your Request ID when following up with a customer care representative. Q9. How will I get my refund?

Store Credits are the quickest method of reimbursement, as they are a kind of money with no expiration date or usage restrictions and are often handled within 24 hours. Except for cash payments, all other refunds will be issued using the same transaction mechanism as the original purchase. For instance, if you paid with a credit card, the purchase amount will be charged to your credit card. Refunds for CBD payments will be delivered through account payee cheque in the customer's name (as provided in the 'billing name' field at the time of purchase) or shop credit.

Q10. What are Store Credits?

Cash isn't always convenient, and store credits are like having instantaneous cash. Your Maisonsia.com funds are safely stashed away in your account. They are valid indefinitely for any subsequent purchase of any amount. During checkout, you'll see them as a payment option and can enter any desired amount.

Q11. If I request a refund, how long will it take until I see it in my bank account?

  • Once the product has been returned to our warehouse and approved by our Quality Assurance team, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds issued as store credits are handled within 24 hours, making them the quickest refund option.
  • Your refund will appear on your next credit card or debit card statement when it has been processed, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
  • With online banking, the refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days after the refund has been approved.

If you requested a refund and it was approved, we will either issue a store credit or mail you a check within 15 days. The check will be mailed to the billing address listed in your account.

Q12. Do I need to arrange return shipment at my own expense?

Don't worry, we're not going to charge you for shipping. Every item that is delivered incorrectly or is discovered to be defective/damaged by you will be picked up and returned to our warehouse at no additional cost to you.
