For a seamless shopping experience we maintain strict quality standards and deliver products with care. A clear understanding of our detailed and effortless return & refund policy is as follows:

Your purchase is returnable when:

  • A wrong product was shipped or doesn't match the item specified in the order confirmation
  • There's a quality or manufacturing flaw in the received product
  • The goods are damaged upon receipt (please note we don't accept tampered or damaged packages)
  • Return products in original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, etc.
  • Items must be unused and in factory condition
  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery

Kindly note:

  • Sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • A quality inspection shall be conducted of the products before processing the refund
  • Contact customer service at +918976504826 or email customersupport@maisonsia.com within 48 hours of delivery (Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm)
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, email customersupport@maisonsia.com with your purchase number and a clear image displaying the issue.
    Please add your bank details in the same email (A/C no, IFSC code, beneficiary name, branch name)
  • We'll respond within 48 working hours of receiving your return request via email
  • If approved, we'll schedule a reverse pickup (takes at least two working days)
  • Refund process begins within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned item(s)
  • Approved refunds are given as store credit or via bank transfer
  • All refunds will be processed to the bank mentioned by you in the ‘return’ email

* Store credits: Processed within 24-48 hours, no fees, no spending restrictions (valid up to 1 year/365 days from the date of purchase)
