Is my purchase returnable?
Your purchase is returnable when:
- A wrong product was shipped or doesn't match the item specified in the order confirmation
- There's a quality or manufacturing flaw in the received product
- The goods are damaged upon receipt (please note we don't accept tampered or damaged packages)
How should I return my purchase?
- Return products in original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, etc.
- Items must be unused and in factory condition
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery

- Sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged
