Luxe Circle Terms and Conditions

The Luxe Circle Program ("Luxe Circle") is a complimentary rewards initiative offered by Maison Sia to its customers in India. Membership in the Luxe Circle ("Membership") is limited to individuals and restricted to one account per person.

Eligibility and Enrollment

  • Automatic Enrollment: Customers are automatically enrolled in the Luxe Circle upon making a purchase at Maison Sia.
  • Membership Tiers:
    • Silver Membership: Achieved when a customer's cumulative purchases exceed ₹50,000.
    • Gold Membership: Achieved when cumulative purchases exceed ₹10,00,000.

Earning and Redeeming Points

  • Earning Points:
    • Silver Members: Earn 3% back in points on every bill.
    • Gold Members: Earn 5% back in points on every bill.
  • Point Value: Each point is equivalent to ₹1 and can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
  • Redemption: Points can be redeemed at Maison Sia stores across India.
  • Validity: Points are valid for 1 year from the date of earning. Unused points will expire after this period.

Membership Benefits

  • Exclusive Rewards:
    • Access to special discounts and offers.
    • Preferential customer service.
    • Invitations to private in-store events and priority access to limited-edition collections.

Membership Card

  • Requirement: Members must present their membership card or registered mobile number during purchases to avail benefits.
  • Replacement: In case of a lost or damaged card, members should contact customer support for assistance.

Account Management

  • Information Accuracy: Members are responsible for providing accurate personal details. Maison Sia will ensure that these details are kept secure as per the Privacy Policy.
  • Point Tracking: Members can inquire about their point balance and rewards through store assistants.

Program Modifications and Termination

  • Right to Modify: Maison Sia reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of the Luxe Circle benefits, tiers, rules, regulations, membership eligibility criteria, or any other feature of the program without prior intimation.
  • Termination: Maison Sia reserves the right to terminate the Luxe Circle at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. In such cases, Maison Sia will not be held liable for any points balance or any other award-related amounts that may be reflecting against a registered customer’s account.

General Conditions

  • Non-Transferability: Membership and benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable. Any such transfer or assignment by a member shall be considered void and not binding on Maison Sia.
  • Abuse of Membership: Maison Sia is authorized to take administrative and/or legal action against a member found attempting fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, forgery, or abuse of the Membership or benefits. This may include forfeiture of accumulated points and related rewards and may result in termination of the Membership.
  • Communication Consent: Members authorize Maison Sia to use the information collected during enrollment for marketing and communication purposes.

Governing Law

  • All disputes and differences relating to the Luxe Circle are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
